Tracey Jedrzejek is the author of the illustrated book “Latch Baby”. She is an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant and offers virtual and phone consultations nationwide, as well as home visits in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this podcast she explains how moms should prepare before the baby arrives, and offers tips such as what to do in case breastfeeding is too painful or the baby is having trouble latching, suggestions for diet while nursing, and much more!
Tracey Jedrzejek is an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant in Silicon Valley. After teaching preschool and doing product development in the toy industry, she found her true passion as a Lactation Consultant after successfully breastfeeding her own two children. She has worked with hundreds of moms and babies in the hospital setting, running support groups, teaching prenatal breastfeeding, and mostly through her private practice, Tracey Lactation. Her book, Latch Baby is a concise, practical, non-judgmental and illustrated guide to breastfeeding. She hopes that the colorful, easy-to-read format will help support and empower sleep-deprived mom throughout their personal breastfeeding experience. When Tracey isn’t helping new moms and babies, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family, including her two fur babies.
